TERMS OF USE

You MUST read and agree to these conditions before you can enter How To Find...Anything!!!!
Please read them carefully BEFORE buying!

How To Find...Anything!!!! makes no claim to ownership or proprietorship of any products or services mentioned on its web-site, or any of its wholly-owned web-sites, in its newsletters, or in any other of its Service. All products and services recommended are freely available on various Internet services and therefore none of the purchase price entitles the purchaser to any ownership, licensing rights or recourse of any kind in relation to use of the products and services other than those rights offered by their respective owners and providers.

Any fees charged by How To Find...Anything!!!! are for brochures, booklets, guides, manuals, or e-books relating to products and services available from the Internet and for the information provided to purchasers. WE ARE NOT RESELLING ANY SOFTWARE OR ANY PRODUCT OF ANY KIND. WE are simply selling the information on how to get certain products and services and tips on how to use it efficiently.  How To Find...Anything!!! searches the internet for various products and services, which it mentions on its web-site and in its e-mail newsletters. Any fees DO NOT PAY FOR ANY OF THIS CONTENT, only the membership benefits of the How To Find...Anything!!! services.

Membership Agreement

By submitting the membership registration form, you have become a 'member' and are agreeing to the terms of this subscription and the terms of this site. These terms and conditions may be changed at the discretion of the administrators of this site. It is up to each individual to refer to this page for any amendments.

All prices are shown and billed in US Dollars ($USD)

Billing

Members are responsible for the payment of non-refundable renewal fees. To ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of service, all membership fees will be automatically billed against the credit card or checking account provided on the registration form. The cost of renewal will not exceed the standard membership rate at the time of the member's registration. Cost of renewal will not be affected by any increase in this site's subscription rates.

Cancellation

It is the responsibility of the members to cancel their accounts.  How To Find...Anything!!! can not be responsible to do this.  Members can cancel their own accounts in the members area using the link on the contact us page.  Should a member not be able to cancel their own account for some reason the will need to email howtofind@yahoo.com and explain why they can not cancel their own account.  How To Find...Anything!!! can not cancel accounts with out the customer giving a reason why they can not do it themselves.  It is the member's responsibility to verify that their account is canceled.  How To Find...Anything!!! will not refund membership fees on accounts that were left open by the member and billed.

Credit card and Check transactions will be billed as "PayPal".

Memberships may not be assigned or transferred. Sharing or distributing username and password information will result in immediate suspension of services. Any unauthorized breach of membership will result in the holding the member liable under law.

The administrators of this site reserve the right to refuse membership to any individual and/or cancel a membership.

Members are responsible for providing the administrators with notification of any breach of security in relation to user ID or password, any change in billing address, and any new credit card information. You can notify us by e-mailing howtofindanything@yahoo.ca. Any inaccurate information can lead to suspension of services.

Members are responsible for providing all personal computer, communications equipment, and any other equipment to gain access to the web site. Web TV and Netscape users may experience "slight" incompatibility with a few of the site features, but the majority will still be available.

In any case that the member is to receive a refund, the amount will be sent through PayPal directly to the member's credit card.

Any liability of the administrators including, without limitation, any failure of performance, error, omission, breach of contract, or any other cause or action will be limited to the amount paid by a member for the proceeding 12 months. In countries, states and territories which do not allow claims to be limited to exclude incidental damages, the above may not apply.

The administrators make no warranty regarding any information services or products provided directly by the administrators or a 3rd party source.

All questions, complaints, or notices to How To Find...Anything!!! or questions regarding purchases by means of electronic message should be sent to howtofindanything@yahoo.ca.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the purchaser and How To Find...Anything!!! regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice by How To Find...Anything!!! to purchasers. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its terminations. The Agreement shall be governed pursuant to the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

When termination is requested by member you MUST complete the cancellation process on our site. If you do not get to the page that tells you you have been canceled you are not canceled. No refunds will be given if the account was charged because cancellation was not complete. If you have problems with these pages you can email How To Find...Anything!!!. Please make sure the subject of the e-mail is titled "Cancel How To Find...Anything!!!"
